GerrardBown was founded in 2005, by Jason Gerrard and Justin Bown, who met whilst working together at the Boston Consulting Group. Both were becoming increasingly intent on creating real change in terms of social and environmental impact and thus GerrardBown was born. Since then we have worked with numerous government bodies, businesses and not-for-profit organisations on issues ranging from government policy design and review, leadership and people development programs, social and environmental strategies, and organisation-wide reviews. We remain committed to having a positive impact and ensuring our values underpin all the work we do.
